Get an ICHRA quote for your whole team
Enter a ZIP code and age for each employee. We price every one of them against the real 2026 lowest-cost Silver plan in their county, run the affordability test, and show you the allowance that covers the whole team and what it costs you. Then we email you the estimate and follow up with a quote.
Your team — ZIP and age for each employee
ICHRA affordability is tested per employee against the real lowest-cost Silver plan in their ZIP code, at their age. We have 2026 pricing for every ZIP in all 50 states. Names are not needed.

The allowance you are considering
FPL safe harbor: the employee's share is capped at $129.90/mo for 2026 regardless of income — the simplest way to guarantee affordability for the whole team.
How this estimate works
An ICHRA is tested employee by employee. For each row, the tool looks up the lowest-cost Silver plan available to that employee at that age in that ZIP code, subtracts the allowance you are considering, and checks the remainder against the 2026 affordability cap under the safe harbor you pick. The roll-up tells you how many employees the allowance covers, your monthly and annual budget, the payroll tax you avoid versus paying the same money as a taxable stipend, and the single allowance that would make every priced employee affordable.
What the quote adds
The estimate uses one allowance for everyone. A real design usually does better: employee classes let you vary the allowance by age band (up to a 3:1 ratio), by full-time versus part-time status, or by rating area, so a team spread across counties is not funded at the most expensive county's price. That, plus dependent coverage and the enrollment plan, is what the quote works out. For a single employee in detail, use the ICHRA calculator.
Frequently asked questions
Just a ZIP code and an age — no names. ICHRA affordability is tested per employee against the lowest-cost Silver plan in that employee's rating area at that age, so those two fields are what the math needs. Dependents are optional and used only for your quote, because the affordability test is based on employee-only coverage.
